23rd August 2020:
It’s the third day of the CBI investigation in Sushant Singh
Rajput’s death case. The CBI is, as usual, working on its toes to grill the
people involved in this case and find the evidence and information that could
lead to some clue of the actor’s death.
Today once again CBI questioned the same people it did yesterday. ‘Neeraj
Singh’, the cook; ‘Siddhart Pithani’ (roommate of Sushant and the person who claims
to have brought the body down when he saw him hanging), and the household
help, ‘Deepesh Sawant’ were once again called for interrogation at the DRDO guesthouse where the CBI team is
staying and carrying out the majority of its grilling.
After hours of questioning at DRDO, the CBI team took all the 3
eyewitnesses Neeraj, Pithani & Deepesh to Sushant’s home. Note yesterday also
they were taken to this place for the recreation of the crime scene where together
with the members of CBI, there were Forensic team, Medical team, and the police
officers who were involved in this case from day 1 of the event i.e. on 14th
of June when the talented actor was found dead.
It is reported that all these three eyewitnesses present at the
crime scene are giving contradictory answers about the unfolding of events that
took place on the day of the actor’s death and also a day before i.e. 13th
of June. This might be the reason they were once again taken to Sushant’s home.
Maybe for a leftover recreation of the crime scene or to further observe their actions based on the answers they have given to the agency.
CBI team members were seen taking videos and photos of the entire
place right from the entrance of Sushant’s building to his flat, rooms, and including the terrace. They were also seen looking inside the water tanks present at the terrace.
Sushant’s house owner was also questioned today. CBI is trying to
gather all information regarding the events that took place on 13th
and 14th of June inside the very campus where the actor breathe his last.

One team of CBI went to the Hinduja Hospital to meet the psychiatrist, as Sushant was alleged to be treated for depression. CBI is finally looking into
one of the most alleged causes of Sushant’s death. This was the claim made by accused
Rhea Chakraborty (Sushant’s Girlfriend) that he was in depression and she was
the one who took him to doctors for treatment and also monitored all his
medications. It is alleged that she didn’t inform Sushant’s family member regarding
this issue that now she claims must be the reason Sushant committed suicide.
The CBI team left Sushant’s residence late in the evening accompanied
by Neeraj, Siddharth, and Deepesh. They were again taken back to the DRDO for further
interrogation.
Chances are CBI is next to interrogate the accused Rhea Chakraborty. They are first taking all the information from the people present in the house at the time of death and then based on their answers the team could question Rhea better.
Also, there are reports that Sandip Singh who has been in the limelight in this case for quite a long time could also be investigated. Sandeep Singh, who claims to be Sushant's most close friend (though the family and other close ones of Sushant deny of knowing him), is the person who carried out all the formalities and procedures of the actor after his death. He was the one to carry out all the formalities and sign important documents at the Copper Hospital which usually only a family can do. He even had access to Sushant's Adhaar, his other IDs, and documents which raises a question on Mumbai Police about the actions they took, evidence they did not collect; places they did not seize; after the unfortunate events took place and allowed the contamination of the crime scene and open involvement of people to do whatever they want to.
We will have to wait and see what unfolds next in this mysterious death case which has put, the entire Bollywood, Mumbai Police, and its investigation under the scanner.
