Day 12 of CBI Investigation: Sushant Singh Rajput's Death Case; Rhea's Parents Interrogated ; NCB nabs 2 drug peddlers

For a change, on the 12th day of the CBI investigation in Sushant Singh Rajput's Death Case, Rhea's Parents were called for interrogation by the CBI; Gaurav Arya interrogated for the 2nd day by ED ; NCB nabs two drug peddlers

1^st September 2020:

It's day 12 of the CBI interrogation and there is a slight change, instead of Rhea Chakraborty and her brother Showik, today their parents were called for interrogation by the CBI. Rhea's father 'Indrajit Chakraborty' and mother 'Sandhya Chakraborty' were called at the DRDO guesthouse for investigation.

Rhea's parents will have to answer many allegations that have been put on them. Sushant's family has previously accused that Rhea's parents especially her father, had a lot of involvement in Sushant's life, including his personal and health matters. They have also accused that Indrajit Chakraborty used to prescribe medicinal drugs to Sushant without any prescription and without any medical knowledge. There are also even strange allegations that they used to do black magic. One of Sushant's staff had said that Rhea used to carry out a lot of puja in the house. Rhea's neighbour has also accused them of doing black magic and carrying out a lot of hawans, and that there was smoke coming out of their home very frequently.

So Rhea's parents will have to answer many questions like-  how was the relationship between Rhea and Sushant, the kind of relationship they shared with Sushant, Whether they had any interference in Sushant's finance, Did they give him any financial advice, Do they have knowledge of Rhea handling Sushant's finance, Did Rhea misused Sushant's money, Do they have companies on their name that was bought by Sushant, Were the entire family living in Sushant's expense, Why Did Rhea leave Sushant's home on the 8th of June, Did they know about Rhea and Showik taking drugs, Were they aware of Rhea dealing in drugs and also giving to Sushant. These are some of the expected questions that they have to go through.

Shruti Modi, Rhea's ex-manager was also seen entering the DRDO a while after her parents went in. As per reports, Shruti has told the CBI that Rhea used to handle most of the finance of Sushant. She also revealed that Rhea's father Indrajit Chakraborty was aware of Rhea and Showik taking drugs. 

Gaurav Arya, the alleged drug peddler, was interrogated for the second day by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) today. He was grilled for almost 8 hours. 

Apart from these people, Siddhart Pithani (Sushant’s Flatmate), Deepesh Sawant (Household Help), and cook, Neeraj was also interrogated.

Drug peddlers arrested: 

Narcotic Control Bureau (NCB) has got hold of two drug peddlers in Mumbai. They seemed to have a direct connection with Rhea and Showik. And as per reports, they also seem to be part of big Bollywood drug Nexus. These two drug peddlers could be part of a big drug cartel and the NCB is grilling them to get more information on it. Not only this, but it is also alleged that some big Bollywood & politicians are involved in this entire cartel. 

The NCB has just come into the scenario a few days ago and it seems that there is a rapid breakthrough in the drug aspect of this case. NCB is carrying out multiple raids and there are chances that unexpected bid names and drug Nexus could be exposed.
